Confusion regarding job opps

My name is Rachit and I am currently working in HCL Noida as a SAP Consutant. I started my carrer in 2011 July with Reliance Industries Limited in Mumbai as an SAP Executive working in technical area. After 3.5 yrs at Reliance and poor hikes I decided to take a hike and come to Delhi for a CTC of 5.8 lpa in Jan 2015, which included 6% variable amount. 3 months into my HCL Career i got a call from Accenture Mumbai and I saw it as an opportunity to go back and hence took an offer for 6.64 lpa which includes 89k bonus and 50k JB. During my notice I got another offer from Nagarro Gurgaon for SAP and they have offered a CTC of 8lpa without any variables. Now I am confused as to what should I do stay here and relocate to gurgaon or go back to Mumbai. As per my estimates my in hand in Accenture would be around 45-46k and in Nagarro close to 56-59k. Need your advice as to how to proceed ahead and which option to discard as my joining date of both companies is nearing i.e. 14 August 2015.

@Satyam, 89k is my variable component in my pay and they have also given 50 k joining bonus apart from my CTC. Variable is aprt of my CTC and JB is separate.

@Rachit, First of all, Congrats for bagging two offers ! Your career path is good as you started with a department in Reliance and learnt SAP. Now it's a good time to move to an IT company. You mentioned that 89K is your bonus in Accenture? Is it the hot skill bonus or is it the variable? Note that there might be 18% variable in Accenture and you will be getting only half of that in the first year (as you will be defaulted to the base rating). In terms of money, Nagarro would definitely a good option but Accenture has a better brand value and it has one of the largest SAP practice among the Indian IT companies.
