Job Role :

  • Taking care of the activities CM/PM/Site survey /Installation/De-installation, Shifting or etc as per operational references by our clients AIRTEL/HUGHES/TATANET/WIPRO/SIFY and update the process of work By Phone, Mail.
  • CM calls Taken care close Within the SLA and same Update on ECRM also.
  • Maintain daily call sheet with all the activity (CM/PM/SS/Installation/dismantle, Shifting or etc) all the company (AIRTEL/HUGHES/TATANET/WIPRO/SIFY etc) with proper update and status before day end submit the reports respective manager using by CMS application.
  • Follow first level to the customer to all the activity (CM/PM/Installation/dismantle, Shifting or etc) to access of the site, electricity conditions etc.
  • Plan the engineer on the Activity (CM/PM/Installation/dismantle, Shifting or etc) with complete details Customer Name Address, contact detail, MOCN, IP address, Metashol etc to refer project requirement.
  • Confirmation of Engineer reaches at the site on time and taking information about Competition of work from our clients customer
  • Maintain all the site details in the AMC site and add new site with complete details month wise and same should be in CMS as refer project requirement.
  • Mapping of the Team and Engineer in the Region.
  • On Monthly basis to take all team member competence marking about all skill (take sheet from HR).
  • Taking care to Engineer by technical check as RX and TX etc. and Hub Signoff all the Activity.
  • Reports and Bills collection as per priority of company norms.
  • Send scan copy all the Installation same day Or Next day or refer operational require to concerns.
  • Fund request for the entire activities Plan before 7:00PM confirms the engineers by using CMS.
  • Billing preparation of the all the Activity 1st of every month with reports as submission of format of support for all projects activities.
  • Project Rollout takes care with Details and daily basic tracking.
  • You should reach office at office time in formals and follow the rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the value and service quality of our Company.
  • Monthly checking of Toolkit all the team member and submit the reports respective manager
  • Always maintain work as Computronics SPOC.
  • Completely work attention of application as CMS, Midas, ECRM or other as per future requirement.

Skills Required:      

  • Educational Qualification should be at least B.E/B.TECH (EC)or any Technical diploma.
  • Candidate should have technical knowledge in Telecommunicati
  • Must have strong presentation skills and ability to give presentation
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience required 0-6 months.
  • Male and Female both can apply.
