  • Following up of customer concerns till closure ( Both Internal & RIPL)
  • Monitoring of PSF calls & SDR.
  • Monitoring D+6 calls of SA.
  • Front Office Management.
  • Legal cases follow up with advocate.
  • Pick up & drop Management.
  • Maintaining reports ( Internal & Ripl) and Analyzing
  • Conducting service meets, camps & customer education programs
  • Finding the root cause of repeated complaints and creating counter measure for non-recurrenc
  • Following up complaints with RIPL CRM team – Chennai.
  • Making presentations for CS activities.
