Job Description:

  • The Benefits Operations Administrator (BOA) is responsible for processing all activities related to client benefits plans as set up in TBA, while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements. The BOA is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Existing Level 8 (PB2) roles in Benefits or CS, or Level 7 (PB3) for lateral move
  • Last Performance Appraisal Rating: Consistently Meets Expectations or higher
  • Internal candidates with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Internal candidates are eligible to apply after minimum 1 year in the role
  • External hire with 2 - 4 years of experience in related Industry
  • Colleague should not be on PIP/no warning letter on disciplinary grounds in last 6 months
  • Previous benefits and calculations knowledge highly desirable
  • Ability to research and analyze complex data/ plan provisions to resolve participant related issues
  • Basic understanding of North America regulatory and legislative knowledge is desirable
  • Intermediate understanding of client administrative environment is desirable
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders

Technical Skills:

Intermediate knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word.

  • Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BSc BBA,BHM 
  • Graduates in B.Sc(IT)MCA,B Tech,BE,B Ed,BCA, No full time MBA, Are not eligible to apply for this role. 
  • 2-4 years of work experience (preferably benefits / back office experience). 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Should be flexible to work in Night shifts 
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office) 
  • Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BSc BBA,BHM
  • Graduates in B.Sc(IT)MCA,B Tech,BE,B Ed,BCA, No full time MBA, – Are not eligible to apply for this role.
