Job Description


  • 6 months of BPO industry experience OR 12 months of non BPO Industry work experience
  • Prior work experience not mandatory for graduates. Freshers can be hired
  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Broad Band customers.
  • Troubleshooting on BB issues like: No-Sync, Slow Speed, Wireless connection, etc.
  • Troubleshooting on PSTN landline related issues.

 Generic & Specific Skillset :

  • English Language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar and basic fluency in the language in order to be able to sustain a meaningful conversation
  • Basics of Computers
  • Should be willing to work in shifts.
  • Troubleshooting analysis
  • Active Listening (Oral comprehension, Oral expression ability to read between the lines and comprehend basic slang and jargon a customer may use)
  • Ability to comprehend / interpret various UK Accents

Qualification :

  • Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (non-engineering Graduates)
