Job Description

The role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Majorly responsible for website, mobile site and app conversion 
  • Analytically identify the areas of improvements in terms of site performance and conversion and deliver a better user experience 
  • Coordinate with multiple 3rd parties to get the best out of their product services for the company, services from these 3rd parties include search, personalization, conversion consulting, web analytics tools/services etc 
  • Shall be responsible for complete web analytics, using google analytics and omniture 
  • Shall be responsible for testing various ideas and coming up with best solution/design using various analytical tools like optimizely, crazy egg etc
  • Responsible for site features and their performance and improvements 
  • Building, developing and grooming analytics talent and teams. 
  • Using data and building reporting model for web & mobile analytics which will drive the company decisions 
  • Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment. Strong business management and analysis skills 
  • Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills. Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style 

Person's Specifications:

  • Ideal candidate should have 5-9 years industry experience and atleast 1 year experience in product/analytics management. 
  • Educational Specifications : B.E/B.Tech/MBA(IIMs/IITs/NITs) 

Technical Skills :

  • Must have experience in Web analytics tools like GA, Omniture, optimizely etc. 
  • Experience in SQL, Tableau etc is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency with presentations and MS Office will be a plus too 
  • Over obsessive understanding of the user on the internet. 
  • Power user of internet & web 2.o platforms. 
  • Ideally should have worked in startup environment 
  • Hands on ability to execute independently. 
  • Should understand building of products in an internet space 
  • Should have sense for growing the product & also a business sense.
