You have to Maintain the Group Budget transfers and restatement guidelines
Will do the Coordination and maintenance of group wide targets, ensuring controls and communication around transfers and restatements to all the divisions
Close liaison with key stakeholders (Group Planning, Investment Bank, Private Bank and Shared Services Planning and Finance teams)
Have to Prepare commentary and present it to the stakeholders for the monthly changes in the divisional and Group budgets and reported actuals (Expenses and PTI impact, headcount, Capital) due to transfers and restatements for the current year and prior years
Have to Support the global co-ordination and consolidation of the Credit Suisse Group Financial Planning and Forecasting processes, ensuring control and accountability around the process.
Process documentation of all group planning and forecasting processes, governance and policies in line with new regulations
Skills Required :
Around 8 years of Experience required
Should have Good accounting and business analysis skills
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and/ or MBA with around 8 years of experience
Should have Excellent Excel and Presentation (PowerPoint) skills
Have Good communication skills and able to collaborate within and across other teams across the global offices
Have a Analytical mindset, and able to handle multiple tasks, works intensely towards extremely challenging goals and persist in the face obstacles or challenges.
Have Knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase Excel add in would be a definite advantage.
Prefereably be a Self Starter, proactively thinking ahead, anticipating questions and requirements.
Should be Strong team player who encourages other team members to participate and contribute and acknowledges others' contributions
