Job Details:

  • Evaluate & identify job opening in deferent departments in coordination with the top management.
  • Coordinate with job consultancies for the hire of new employees
  • Primary scanning of the resumes received from job consultancies & forward only suitable resumes to top management for further recruitment procedure
  • He has to coordinate with deferent departments of the organizations for proper functioning of the organization
  • Receive daily/weekly & monthly sales reports from sales team
  • Receive monthly expenses reports from sales team
  • Prepare salary chaques.
  • Maintain employees related records
  • Assist top management to achieve common goals of the organization

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have completed MBA- HR from a reputed institute.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of HR
  • Good communication skills (spoken as well writing)
  • Able to coordinate between deferent departments of the organization.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal skills & a good team player
  • He should have 0 – 1 years of work experience in the field of HR
