Job Description

Job Role :

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process in a fast paced, deadline driven environment including strategy, candidate identification/management, sourcing, client management, immigration/mobility support, offers, background checks, professional references, etc.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting and selection processes resulting in a strong customer (client and/or candidate) experience
  • Identify client needs, embrace a discipline customer service approach; display functional and business unit agility
  • Utilize best practices; generate or revise methodologies related to process, tools, strategy as appropriate
  • Foster relationships and ongoing communication with key constituents, including hiring managers, HR business partners, Immigration Manager, Comp and Benefits teams, etc.
  • Be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools and technology
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate as appropriate; stay abreast of the competitive landscape as it impacts current hiring needs


  • At least 3-7 years of experience as an in-house/corporate Technical Recruiter in the high tech industry (agency/retained search experience will be considered); enterprise software company experience highly desirable
  • Successful track record or recruiting high performing talent; highly experienced an successful in managing the candidate closure process
