Job Description

Job Role :

  • Interfaces with L&D's internal customers (within GDC) on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements
  • Owns the GDC Technical Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars offered to service lines; drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal GDC process stakeholders to make this possible
  • Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated
  • Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners
  • Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment
  • Understands customer needs in a way that appropriate learning solutions can be suggested to the customer
