XenMobile delivers complete Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) – mobile device management, mobile application management and enterprise-grade productivity apps – in one comprehensive solution. Our Mobile Platform Group is at the forefront of Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management. We are searching for talented and motivated management candidate to join our fast-paced Customer Success Team working on the XenMobile product. The manager will drive customer issue resolution for multiple components of the XenMobile product and solution, and will initially focus on the Worx Apps, MDM and XMS components. The team’s focus is on improving the product quality and ensuring Customer Success.
Position Summary We are looking for a highly energetic, technically focused manager to lead a team of motivated and technically savvy software engineers focused on Customer Success for the end- to-end XenMobile Solution including the Worx Apps, MDM and XMS components.
Responsibilities Improving the XenMobile product by focusing on resolving customer issues with the goal of improving quality and security. Participate in creating a culture where employees are highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and continue to innovate. Manages the relationship of the employees to the organization. Coordinate all software development activities related to Mobile Device Management in Customer Success. Coordinate with PM, Architects, cross-geo teams, Test, Support and Sales. Be up-to-date on latest technologies in the mobility and Java space and be able to provide strategic input. Juggle between multiple fixes, privates and releases. Ensure strategic customer fixes and code optimization techniques are put in place for maximize efficiency and quality. Align with Customer Success management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Demonstrated ability to understand large and complex code bases. Demonstrated teamwork, leadership and mentoring. Understanding of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent hands-on coding experience. Bachelor¹s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 2+ years of management experience or lead experience. 5+ years of industry experience. Knowledge of the following technologies:
Objective-C (iOS/XCode), C, C++, C#
Strong understanding of
* Networking (TCP/IP)
* Data structures and algorithms
* Multithreaded programming
* Operating systems (iOS, Linux, Unix)
