Roles and responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Accountable for individual sales revenue target.
3. Helping the customer diagnose the issue on their PC.
4. Set up, troubleshoot for windows XP, windows 7 and windows 8.
5. Must be capable of handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer queries.
6. Handling irate/demanding customers where necessary, in a tactical manner.
