The Worldwide Technical Support Readiness team’s mission is to empower Technical Support employees to provide a world-class experience for our customers. As an Instructional Designer, you are responsible for working with worldwide technical support readiness specialists (SMEs) and a variety of stakeholders to design and develop technical eLearning and Instructor-led training materials (i.e. self-paced online, virtual instructor-led, classroom instructor-led, student manuals, lab exercise workbooks, instructor manuals). You will coordinate end-to-end development of the components for established curricula to drive desired competencies with measurable high-quality results. This job includes creating new courses as well as measuring the effectiveness of existing courses, acquiring feedback and making changes as needed. Additionally, you will create valuable resources for our internal field and partner audiences such as job aids and videos.
