Job Description


The objective of this position is to co-ordinate with all the registered channel partners, to generate channel sales in residential segment. It would broadly encapsulate following up with the network of channel partners to achieve sales, making visits to channel partners to educate them about our projects and forming new alliances with new channel partners. It will also include maintaining MIS records and data of sales achieved through the channel.



Position Specifications (Know-How, Skills and Knowledge for this position):

  • BBA from good institute specialization in Sales & Marketing, 5+ years of experience in real estate/ FMCG / FMCD/ financial services channel sales.
  • Should have good Knowledge of real estate industry.
  •  Negotiation skills.
  •  Product understanding.
  •  Key account management.
  •  Business acumen.
  •  Channel partner management.
  •  Communication.

Selection Procedure:
Once the Profile is selected, the candidate will undergo rounds of interview with Functional head & HR Manager.
