Managing and leading direct large and key accounts to achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets by working with the eco-system/ channel partners to drive sales through partner sales teams brands.

Expected to build strategic relationship with key media digital marketing agencies and monitor and track the daily performance of the agency sales teams, manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts on revenue.
Constantly monitor accounts to ensure that there are no channel conflicts
Build and lead new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand sales strategies with the partners by utilizing the understanding of customer business issues, objectives and growth strategies.
Set up clear account management processes with all sales teams and drive sales best practices
Build, lead and mentor a world class sales teams with all campaign optimization techniques, category insights to ensure that they are delivering value to their customers
Identify training needs in sales team and agency staff, escalate issues with agencies to drive ethical and the highest standards for participating brands
You will be expected to work closely with product, marketing, operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand business
Identify process improvement areas and solution.
10-15 years of total work experience in selling digital brand Ads in India
Extensive direct sales experience to help define the kick-ass sales culture, define processes and best practices with all channel partners
A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Flipkart Brand Advertising business
Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
