  • RBSM has to see there is no misslling and has to control, review & keep a check on distributors.
  • Accredit the business sales material & review meetings conducted by the ABO or Amway Distributors
  • There is a need to review meetings done by the Approved distributors along with reviewing all Business Sales Material (BSM) that they create and use
  • These resources would be responsible for attending the distributor meetings as directed, along with reviewing the recordings received from the distributors
  • They will also coordinate with the other BSM Advisors (could be on roles or on contract) in the Region to ensure smooth operation of the activities
  • Role will involve considerable travel and hence candidate must be willing to do so
