Job Description

Job Role :

  • Deliver personal objectives with a vision of worldwide sustainability of learned skills.
  • To support the Sales Academy team and programs with preparation, management and execution of roll-outs.
  • Ensure that coordination, communication and interaction needed for the on-boarding, sales essentials and advanced learning programs takes place.Drive the end-to-end process for the delivery of the training programs and ensure there are measurements for constant improvements
  • Implement and follow up on success measures that allow us to identify worldwide, cluster specific as well as individual sustainability of the learning.
  • Execute on the right escalation with the Sales Academy team to ensure training and sustainability completion.
