Job Description

 Job Role :

  • Leading the revenue targets for your respective zone, and leading the team of sales associates towards attaining that goal
  • Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching
  • Gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to Global Head Sales & Marketing, and National Sales Head
  • Implement the required sales training processes for your sales associates, preparing them for their responsibilities in the most effective and efficient way possible
  • Prepare sales pitches and relevant collateral
  • Deliver pitches to CXOs and other key executives in the key accounts in your zone yourself
  • Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio
