Job Description

Job Role :

  • The Head of Sales Operations in the Region will provide thought leadership and support to the LSU Geography Sales team in delivering the results
  • In addition the person will ensure that the Region Sales Team has a systematic and holistic approach to Channel and Sales Management, driving a common way of working and developing an essential sales culture to win.
  • He will lead all Cross Channel Sales Initiatives and Programs and be the key anchor in ensuring Channel Balance.
  • Regional Owner of the Distribution Channel Development and Optimization Process including Capability Building to support solutions strategy.
  • Facilitate Channel Agenda and development of a cross-channel development roadmap at the Region (LSU) level.
  • Track the Overall Performance of Channels and Geography Sales Teams at the Region level and ensure Review and Planning Governance is in place.
