Job Description

Your Role Involves:

  • Working together with sales team to develop a sales strategy and executing.
  • Identification, recruitment of distributors in the designated area.
  • Collecting information and follow up with the distributors in the designated area regularly.
  • Preparing weekly reports regarding distributor activities, growth of distributor sales.
  • Market Intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Street Smart.
  • Self-motivated, intelligent, dynamic person who can quickly learn about products/solutions.
  • Languages: Hindi, English (Knowledge of Marathi will give an extra edge.)

Qualification: Bachelor.

Experiences:

  • 0-2 years in sales/ Fresher with prior sales knowledge.
  • Candidate must be based in pune.

About the Company: 

Pomato is a hyperlocal grocery startup based in pune. Pomato partners with pushcart vegetable vendors (Tempo, Thela) near you to provide on demand vegetables and fruits.
Pomato is aggregating all the pushcart vendors in the city to create a mobile marketplace where a customer can browse and request vegetables and from vendors nearby and after that customer order the pushcart vendor will deliver the vegetables to customer doorstep.
