For you as office-goers, it becomes more applicable due to your frequent snacking tendency in the little breaks that you take or even when you are on your desk. While at work, we all tend to eat fattening snacks like chips, biscuits, samosas, kachoris, etc. which are almost impossible to resist due their taste as well as their comforting nature. But, it is all this unhealthy snacking which takes a toll on our bodies leading to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other health problems. In order to prevent these health problems and lead a healthy life it is very important that we not just snack anything but aim for healthy snacking. In fact, having small amount of right kind of snacks in between our meals enhances our metabolic activities, giving way for weight loss and also keeps our calorie intake on track.
