1. Resume Shortlisting
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical interview
4. HR round

Round 1) Resume Shortlisting:

In this round all the people who registered for the company top 15 were shortlisted for the Group Discussion Round.

Round 2) Group Discussion:

Time given was 30 min In group discussion 8 members team were made and topic was given “Education qualification for Politicians”

so topic for group discussion was easy so just be confident and put your points .

In this round 7 students was shortlisted was Technical round

Round 3) Technical Round:

In this Round technical questions related to your department was asked.

Questions asked was:

• Introduce yourself.
• Then he told me tell me about your project .
• My project was related to Artificial Robot .
• So he asked couple of questions on my project
• Then he asked Questions related to subject what is Themocouple Range what is its advantage over RTD
• Can you tell me real time example where it is used .
• Then he asked me what is thermocouple burnout .

After this round 5 people were selected

Round 4) HR Round:

• Questions asked in Hr round
• Tell me about yourself
• Why we should hire you
• what are your strength and weakness
• why you want to join dow chemicals
• Can you work in Chennai

Finally 4 were selected

TIPS:

1. If you have good CGPA then chances of getting shortlisted increases
2. Prepare well for technical interview prepare topics like flow level ,process control
3. prepare well for HR round just visit company website in which field the are.
