Amazon is the oldest and largest e-commerce giant on the earth. Under the leadership of Jeff Bezos, the company is capturing the Indian e-commerce market. It has multiplied its work force in India. In Bangalore, the company used to operate from Brigade Gateway in the Yeshwantpur area. Now the company has opened a new facility in the outer ring road. The company is a paymaster in India with attractive stock options. It pays 20 lakh plus in premier Engineering colleges. It can also give 100% increment to lateral hires. The variable pay and vesting of stocks is spread across 3 years. In the last 3 years, the stock price has grown exponentially. So overall, Amazon has a lucrative career option.
